• No refunds unless pre approved

• 30 Day exchange only

• Warranty is void without receipt or reference number

• New and rebuilt parts have a 90 day warranty exchange only in a timely manner if we are out of stock

• Special order parts are NOT returnable

• Used engines must have new oil and filter installed at time of installation and every 3,000 miles thereafter

• Engine warranty is void if heat tab is melted or removed

• RPM Wholesale Auto Parts at its option may replace or repair the parts

• RPM Wholesale Auto Parts does not assume responsibility for towing charges, lay-up time, telephone charges, loss due to down time, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use convenience, car or truck rental, any and all labor cost
